How is the procedure performed:
Fillers with hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in the body, are applied using fine needles. Injections are applied to the upper, middle or deeper layers of the skin, depending on the type of wrinkle, location or the individual characteristics of the problem. Numbing is usually not required, with the exception of the lips and a few other more sensitive areas. The skin is most commonly numbed using a special cream.
Length of hospitalisation:
You can go home straight after the procedure.
What to expect after the procedure:
Small bruises, swelling or efflorescence may appear at the site of injection over the first three days. The desired effect will arrive soon thereafter and last for 6 to 12 months.
